Fear of the dentist is very common and nothing to be embarrassed about. Many of our patients come to us after putting off a visit for years, so we never rush the first appointment: we listen first, look at your teeth together on screen through photos and a scan, and talk through what can be done in plain language. We begin when you feel ready.

About
Dt. Doğa Erginoğlu graduated from the Ege University Faculty of Dentistry in 2014, having spent part of the course on an exchange at Radboud University in the Netherlands. The first years in practice, in Kuşadası, involved treating patients from many countries and showed how much communication and planning are part of treatment.
The following years brought work with digital dentistry and in-practice CAD/CAM workflows, training in smile design and experience in implant treatment. Clinical years in İstanbul added a focus on porcelain veneers and smile design.
Since 2022, aesthetic and restorative treatment at the practice in Etiler has followed a digital workflow supported by intraoral scanning, 3D design and 3D printing. The aim each time is to discuss the options together on screen and to keep as much healthy tooth as possible.

What happens at the first appointment?
We talk about your concerns and goals and examine your teeth and gums. X-rays are taken if needed, and when planning is involved, photographs and an intraoral scan are recorded. Options, stages and maintenance are then discussed together.
How do I book an appointment?
You can message the practice on WhatsApp or call. Just include your name, the days and times that suit you and the topic you would like to discuss.
Should I send X-rays or photos on WhatsApp?
Please do not share health details, X-rays or intraoral photos on WhatsApp. These are reviewed safely at your appointment, and photos alone cannot replace an examination.
Can I get information about fees?
Fees depend on the treatment planned after your examination. Under Turkish rules on health-service advertising, fees are not published on this website; you receive a personal plan and fee information after the examination.
I feel anxious about dental treatment. What can I do?
Simply mention it when you book or at the start of the appointment. Each step is explained beforehand, you can agree a signal to pause, and treatment can be split into shorter visits when needed.
I live abroad. How can I plan treatment?
The practice holds an International Health Tourism Authorization Certificate (ST-3860) issued by the Turkish Ministry of Health. A treatment plan can only be made after an examination and the necessary records. When planning your trip, allow time for the examination, healing and review stages, and plan follow-up care with your dentist at home.
